Fresh Knowledge will work with clients to establish Alcohol Policies within their organisation and help establish a good working practice for alcohol related issues.

They will provide experience and knowledge in Alcohol Awareness and Prevention through workshops, lectures and seminars specifically developed to help management and employees understand and recognise the problems that can manifest through alcohol misuse and learn how to address them.

Alcohol abuse impacts on Health and Safety and productivity levels. The challenge is for employers to identify the problems and to have alcohol firmly placed in their Health and Safety Policy. In many cases, your employees will not understand or acknowledge they have an alcohol abuse problem. All employers have a legal requirement to ensure the Health and Safety of their employees as laid out in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

To compliment your Alcohol Policy and so that it is understood fully by all employees, we can provide workshops and presentations on alcohol and the problems it can cause in ones working and personal life.  Frequently it is the people who only drink at the week-ends out of working hours who cause the biggest problems for their employers in working hours.
