There has been a significant rise over the past few years of students exhibiting suicidal and other stress related tendencies during exam periods.

Fresh Knowledge’s workshops are designed to give students the skills to understand what is happening to them emotionally and physically. Through a range of presentations and workshops, students are taught techniques to help combat and control stress and anxiety to allow them to navigate the emotional turmoil.

These are conducted in small groups, not exceeding 15, as the students participate in practical techniques.
