
Self-Esteem is often created from incidences and situations that happened many years ago and how we reacted creates how we now feel about ourselves.
Having positive attitudes, valuing ourselves and feeling competent of our abilities, all aid good attitudes to feeling good about ourselves. Self-esteem builds as a child and follows us throughout our lives. It needs constant nurturing as it effects so many decisions that we make. It is essential to have a belief in oneself!
Low self-esteem can produce feelings of helplessness, depression and inadequacy and can lead to us not fulfilling our true potential

They are designed in order that the client can establish the pattern that has created this condition and learn how to re-evaluate themselves towards a positive mental attitude and self worth.
